Techniques of Rendering

Here rendering in Vue Infinite will be discussed. As we all know, 3d animation and 3d rendering are more and more common and being used by movie studios, television networks and video game manufacturers to create either full animation or a mixture of animation and live action.

To get a quick idea of how things are going before you proceed, you can do a quick preview render in Vue, right-click on the render settings icon. In the dialog that opens make sure that "Preview" and "Render to View" are both selected. Then click "Render." Vue will quickly render out an good approximation of the final image. It won't have the kind of sharpness and quality that the final render will, so don't bother saving it.

When you create animation or rendering-architectural rendering, you want to set the program to it's better quality settings. In Vue you would click on "Render Settings" and change the quality setting from "Preview" to "Final." By selecting "Render to Screen" you can select the size of the final render. You can also select exactly what will be rendered by choosing from the options "Render Everything," "Render Visible" or "Render Selected." You might use this option if you have a large or complex render that you want to do separately and then composite together in another program.

Now to save render. It's better to save the rendered output directly to a file. To do this in Vue click on the "Render Options" and change the render from "Render to Screen" to Render to File." Then browse to the location you want to save to, name the file and click "OK." make the other settings what you want them to be, and click "Render."
